Return Policy

Earthly and our local vendors are working really hard to offer exceptional products. Our items are thoroughly inspected in advance and can not be returned for a refund. If there is a quality control issue, our customers can exchange for a new product within 14 days of the delivery.  Please contact us to start the process. 

Fundraising items can not be returned, as Earthly had made a donation to your host organization. If there is a quality control issue, let us know and we can start the exchange process for you.
